Skid mounted ALCIP unit exists of : , CIP + pump (Alfa Laval LKH-25/181 DMS 7,5 kW, 80 m3/h at 2,5 bar, year 2013), Filter,a 300 ltr water tank to runs short circuit, Tubular heatexchanger water/steam on the outgoing line), steam control valve (spirax sarco), condensate trap. Sensors: Level (ifm) temperature, conductivity (E&H), flow transmitter (siemens) 4 inlet valves for lye / acid / desinfection / additatives, valves from 3 tanks and outlet valves to 3 items. Remote I-O control panel with Siemens Simatic ET200M. To be connected to 3 tanks, a dosing system for chemicals and central controls to make it a complete working cip. Total dimensions: 200 x 180 x 285 cm.
