Mobile semi automatic filling machine designed for Bag-in-Box filling of liquids. Volume: 3 - 20 liter/bag. Performance: 3 litre up to 360 bags/hour, 5 litre up to 300 bags/hour, 10 litre up to 240 bags/hour. Manual infeed of the bags and press the start button. The bag spigot is fitted into the holding claw manually. After starting the machine, the bag is automatically opened, filled and sealed again. Manual outfeed of the bag. Including an eccentric disc pump on frame below filler. Filling on time (no flowmeter). Controlled by Siemens S5 PLC. No flow meter. Elektric scheme available. Total dimensions: 140 x 90 x 190 cm.
