Stations: cup destacking, no cup detection, cup lift for filling under the main doser, main doser, semi CIP (max 200 ml) with hopper (CIP cleanable, ± 50 liter, agitator in hopper), 2nd spare hopper (double jacketed hopper for hot fill, agitator, open top, ± 75 liter), seal dispending by vacuum with tip sealing, heat sealing, date coder by embossing ink on seal or snap-on lid. Excluding belt of outfeed conveyor. Machine has polycarbonate safety guards (with sensors) and has a central greasing point. Controls: PLC Siemens S5.
