Rotary filler with 4 heads. Cup size: square, 90 x 90 x 50 mm. Stations: autmatic cup infeed, cup destacking, no- or double cup detection, doser 01 (piston, 100-500 ml, hopper ± 200 liter was filled by nortrolley of 200ltr with elevator) for viscose products with a cutoff valve, semi cip cleanable, head cip cleanble but hopper manual. Doser 02 for solid product (incomplete), doser 03 with vibrating gutter for solid product, vacuum dispending of snap-on lid, pressing the snap on lid on the cup. Outfeed on +/- 3 meter double lane outfeed conveyor. Including loma IQ2 metal detector on each conveyor. Machine has safety guards / fences and has a automatic central greasing system.
