Fully automatic tray erecting and forming machine. Single head machine for open trays. Nordson hotmelt glue device, type 3100, with 2 hoses, 4 glue points. 2 format sets: tray size: ± 33,5 x 16,5 x 13 cm and ± 27 x 16,5 x 13 cm. The trays are formed in 2 steps including a step to glue at the side of carton for re-inforcement carton by press fingers. Machine has been running together with a Cama CD 58 closing machine. Total dimensions: 300 x 190 x 260 cm.
