Universal vertical cutter/melter/cooker. The main product bowl of stainless steel is double jacketed for indirect heating with steam and has 2 built in ports for injecting steam directly into the bowl. Vacuum connection (vacuumpump excluded), manual deaeration valve and over pressure (check) valve. PT-100 sensor in the bowl. The main lid is of aluminium and has 1 clamp with manual tightening. 2 agitators: 1 scraper agitator (32 rpm) and 1 mixer / homogenize knife. Main motor 4/5,5 kW, 1440 - 2890 rpm. Design pressure bowl vacuum -1bar up to + 0.3 bar overpressure. Max temperature: 95°C. Control cabinet with relay controls. Including 2 spare mixer blades.
